●New culture medium and culture technology: can induce efficient differentiation of human iPS cells into endoderm cells to produce uniform monolayer cells .
●Transformation induction method: the gene proximity between hepatocytes and primary hepatocytes reaches 90% (only 60% internationally), with excellent differentiation stability .
● Low cost: The cost of batch hepatocyte differentiation culture was reduced to 100 yuan from 2000 yuan at home and abroad.
